Your hours
How hours work, and how to get more.
Hours measure how much video you can add. A 1 h 30 match uses 1 h 30.
You can see what you have left on the Your hours page, in the sidebar.
How hours work
- Every account gets 1 h 30 of video a month. They renew every month on the day you signed up, and unused hours don't carry over.
- Extra hours come from a sign-up link, or from us. They never expire. They're used once this month's hours are gone.
- A video uses its length, rounded up to the next minute, as soon as you add it. This is the same if you cut the rallies by hand.
- Editing, reviewing and exporting don't use hours.
Do I get my hours back?
Yes, in these cases:
- We couldn't find the court in the video.
- Finding the rallies failed or stopped.
- You delete the match before the video is analysed.
If you press Try again on a video whose hours came back, it uses them again.
They don't come back if the video was analysed, even if you delete the match afterwards. They also stay used if the run finishes without finding any rally. If that happens, tell us.
Get more hours
- Answer the questions under an export. Write a sentence or two and we add 1 free hour. This works once, after one of your videos has been analysed.
- Talk with us for 20 minutes about how you play, film and watch your matches, and we add 5 hours that never expire. Press Get more hours on the Your hours page.
You can't buy hours in the app yet.
I don't have enough hours for my video
OrcaEye won't add a video longer than your hours left. Wait for your new hours, get more, or trim the video first.
